Actually, waterboarding is more than "feeling" like you're drowning. If someone is waterboarded for too long, they will breathe in too much water and drown. They can also suffer lung damage, brain damage, psychological damage, etc.

Also, after WWII, we executed several Japanese officials for waterboarding American soldiers. And now we do it to other people...

The US government's offical definition of torture is something that "simulates organ failure." Which is really stupid. And coincidentally, waterboarding does not fit into that definition.

Not cool, it's incredibly stupid. Luckily, all 3 presidential candidates oppose waterboarding.
