Look up some videos on Youtube or something. It's supposed to be a kids show, but I think it teaches them what it's like to be high or something. For, I kid you not, 3 minutes two kids stood in a glowing circle in the ground and started patting their feet. Then some kid quietly said "boohbah" and some freaky twitchy alien thing came with it's buddies and started dancing. That's when it ended.

Mr. Foster made us watch this show in 8th grade. Man, there were these two kids jumping up and down and then this bubble came up and just moved up and down near their crotches with the kids smiling and laughing and having a good old time. Ironically, it spent more time moving near the girls' crotch. And keep in mind, these kids were like 4 or 5.

I was on a ton of cold medicine one day and had to watch this show because I was too stoned to get up.
We never saw what the title of it was, so we just called it the 'dancing farting eskimos'. It's pretty accurate.
